Product Description
This material is crafted with a specially treated high semi-gloss white coated paper, ensuring vibrant, high-quality printing compatible with various technologies. Its yellow PEK liner provides added rigidity and stability, enhancing application precision and resistance during storage and processing. The hotmelt rubber adhesive offers superior adhesion strength, with an initial adhesion of 14N/25mm and a 20-minute peel adhesion of up to 16N/25mm on steel surfaces. This makes it an ideal choice for challenging surfaces, including low-energy materials.

Converting
High-gloss coated surface paper with high-gloss treatment, ideal for printing in a variety of printing processes. Attention should be paid to controlling the viscosity of the ink to prevent the coating from falling off due to the overly viscous ink. It is suitable for flat processing and printing of graphic and text information with simple colors. Avoid excessive rewinding tension, which will cause the adhesive to overflow. For fine barcode printing, a comprehensive print test evaluation is required. Only suitable for single-sheet printing processing, etc.
